BLOCK OF AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION:

• site visit once a week
• visual control of project implementation
• control of timely ordering and delivery of necessary materials and equipment to the construction site
• work with related organizations (ventilation, water supply and sewerage, etc.)
• advising the customer and related organizations
•​ making adjustments and clarifications to the working drawings, if necessary

• introduction of clarifications on the design project to the foreman of the construction team

Note: architectural supervision is not technical supervision on the quality of construction and installation works

PROJECT COMPLETE BLOCK:

​

• departure with the customer to the salons once a week for the selection of furniture, lighting, plumbing and other interior filling

• preparation of technical specifications for suppliers

• verification and approval of commercial offers from suppliers, payment orders, checks, warranty cards

• participation in the acceptance at the facility (reconciliation of articles, parts, completeness)
