WORK STAGES

Preparatory stage

  • acquaintance

  • setting a preliminary commercial offer by the studio

  • meeting-acquaintance, discussion of project stages and emerging issues

  • signing an agreement

Stage 1. Planning decision

  • measurement and photographic fixation, measurement drawing

  • a meeting to discuss and fill out a client brief (terms of reference) based on our presentation-selection of styles, equipment, furniture.

  • development of several options (at least 3 pieces) of well-thought-out planning solutions, taking into account your wishes, the design features of the facility and the BTI plan.

  • subsequent revision of the final version

Stage 2. Concept

  • preparation of a sketch 3D model, if necessary, the development of color and texture maps, collages. You will be able to see not only the basic textures and pieces of furniture, but also the configuration of complex interior elements. Thanks to the development of a 3D sketch model with material display, you will not be surprised by the result of the visualization stage.

  • on the basis of approved sketches, the development of photorealistic images of the future interior more accurately revealing the concept of the interior. At this stage, we display specific objects and elements of the interior.  More renderings can be seen  here

Stage 3. Working draft

  • after agreeing on 3D visualizations, we develop a detailed album of drawings necessary for the implementation of the design project

  • in parallel with the implementation of the album of working drawings, we develop lists of finishing materials for finishing and the rest of the filling of the project in the form of specifications indicating the factories, names and articles of the products used in the project.

  • cost ~ 10% of the budgeting
